Dr. Loengard is a serial CMO with 25 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem. Having started her career in academia at Mount Sinai in her native NYC, she spent the last decade in executive leadership roles within post-acute care, multi-hospital health systems and value-based models. Starting as an Internist and Geriatrician providing home-based primary care and hospice for 10 years gave her a clear view of how our systems fail the frailest and sickest among us. This perspective has informed her leadership roles and vision for innovation and improved outcomes.
